Coat large chuck roast or other “stewing cut” with 1-2 tbls of The Gentleman’s Shake and 1 tps flour.
chop 1 onion, 4 whole carrots, 2 stalk celery, and 4 large new potatoes into large chunks.
place meat and vegetables into slow cooker.
Pour over 1 cup beef broth
Cook in slow cooker for 4-6 hours
