Coat 2 bone in pork chops with 1 tbls gentleman’s shake and 2 1 tbls olive oil.
Grill or sear pork chops until cooked through and crusty on the outside.
Sauté 1 peeled and sliced apple with ½ sliced onion w/ 1 tsp butter and ¼ cup cider in a skillet until soft and wilted and cider is evaporated (app. 10 minutes)
Serve apples and onions over chops. Enjoy!
(This recipe also works for London Broil in place of pork chops, except cook London broil to medium rare.)
