Father's Day Grill Out

What does dad want for Father's Day? Another tie? More golf balls? Of course not. Dad wants some grilled meat and potatoes and we've got just the recipe for you. These are an easy, all in one steak and potato recipe you can make in a flash and add a wow factor to Father's Day all in on. Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there!
2 lbs. sirloin steak, cut into 1-1/2 inc cubs
1 lb. small baby potatoes 
Olive oil
J. Brady's Cowboy Shake
Metal or wooden skewers
Cover potatoes in water in a microwave safe bowl, add a pinch of salt, and cook for 15 minutes or until potatoes just begin to slightly soften. Drain potatoes and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes. In a large mixing bowl mix 2 Tbsp. olive oil, steak, and potatoes together. Thread steak cubes and potatoes on skewers alternating between steak and potatoes. Season all sides liberally with J. Brady's Cowboy Shake. Grill on direct high heat until steak is charred and cooked to medium (about 5 minutes per side). Serve with a wedge or caesar salad for the full steakhouse experience!
