Back to School Cowboy Crockpot Soup!

With everything going on and it being back to school time, schedules will be hectic and spare time will be at a premium. That's why it's great to have some easy hearty standards in your back pocket to help make it through the week. This Cowboy Crockpot Soup definitely checks a lot of those boxes. The only real cooking step is browning the ground beef before it goes in the slow cooker. Happy back to school everyone. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 and 1/2 Tbsp. of J. Brady's Cowboy Shake
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 medium potatoes peeled and diced
4 c. beef broth
28 oz. diced tomatoes with juice
3 c. mixed veggies (fresh or frozen)
4 oz. cream cheese
Instructions:
Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet until meat is cooked and onions are translucent. Season beef and onions with J. Brady's Cowboy Shake. Put beef and onion mixture along with all ingredients except cream cheese into the crock pot. Cook on medium for six hours. After cooking for six hours, stir in cream cheese and cook for an additional twenty minutes. Stir well, adjust seasoning with additional J. Brady's Cowboy Shake as needed.
